NBW Lakeville Tour

This ride should be called the Cranberry Bog Tour. For every picture I took of a bog, I went by three more.It was a great day to ride, sunny skies and mid 50 temps.Today's ride, turned out to be my longest of the year, 41 miles.

NBW Lincoln/Smithfield Ride

We had a big turnout today for a very difficult ride, this early in the season.Lots of big hills that keep going up,not my favorite. It was a very satisfying ride though, when I was finished.

I rode with Ed today and we both were glad to see the parking lot at the end of the ride.

Saturday Ride

Seems like the only days I've been able to ride lately are Saturday and Sundays. The weather has just sucked during the week, so I'll take the weekends. Today wasn't by any means perfect weather to ride, the wind was brutal, but it was warm enough, so I rode.

NBW Spring Opener

Low temps and high winds kept our participants to a lower level than usual, for our club opener. The wind was really brutal at times, so I decided to cut my ride a little short. I ended up with 27 miles and it turned out to be my longest ride of the year so far.Pretty sad, huh?

Short Saturday Ride

Still too damn cold out for being so close to Spring, 38 degree's. At least there was no wind but there was no sun either, because of all the clouds. I kept the ride short, just a warm up for tomorrows club opener.

NBW Narragansett/Point Judith Ride

Today was our last 11:00 start time for the clubs Sunday rides. Starting next week, we're back to 10:00 starts. This ride was all about the beaches, we went by four of them. There still is some damage that could be seen from hurricane sandy, but the real damage was further west.

I wonder if they struck it rich?

NBW Raynham Ride

About forty of us showed up for the club ride today.Starting temp. was about 40 degree's, cloudy and no wind. Not bad for this time of year. I made the mistake of trying to keep up with some faster riders and ended up blowing up and dropping back. I took the short route and took my sweet time getting back to the start. It felt good to ride two days in a row, after not riding for a month.
