John and his new knee are doing well. His rehab is moving along and he's been looking at a new bike to buy. Sucks having to sit around the house, but it will be worth it when he can walk and ride without pain.
I got my second traction treatment last night after work. The first one gave me three days of relief. We're hoping that, with all my stretching,massage and more traction, my leg pain will soon be a thing of the past.
